  • Accounting Staff

      Requirements:

      • Education : D3 / S1 majoring in accounting
      • Work experience : Min. 2 years in the same field.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage the company’s financial administration.
      • Compile and make financial reports.
      • Record transactions that have been inputted in Prima Logic System.
      • Prepare and create a corporate spending budget periodically (monthly or yearly).
      • Formulate and create company revenue budgets periodically (monthly or yearly).
      • Input data from hard copy of expense vouchers to Prima Logic System.
      • Prepare letters related to banking and financial capability of the company.

      Requirements:

      Responsibilities:

      • Supervise operational accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, & Fixed Assets)
      • Ensure daily & monthly reporting standards are met and delivered in time 
      • Preparing Financial Statements (Financial, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) Including monthly and year-end closing 
      • Prepare the annual budgeting, monitoring and controlling expenses

      Requirements:

      • Max 28 years old
      • Min Bachelor Degree, in Finance/Accounting/ Banking or equialent
      • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for tis position 
      • Prefereably Staff ( non-management & non supervisor ) specialized in finance – General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent 
      • Able to work in a team, honest and accurate 

      Responsibilites:

      • Make a daily report from all of daily transaction

      Requirements:

      • Relationship with custodian bank
